I stayed 3 nights with my boyfriend at this hotel. The experience was really great. Check-in was smooth and fast. Each time we needed any type of assistance we got it fast. Everyone really kind. The breakfast could use some improvement (ex. more variety of food). But overall experience really good and recommend.
Really kind person at the reception desk able to help you during all your stay. Owners are also very kind. Beds mattresses and breakfast can be improved. Location is perfect with always available parking spots.
I had a great stay. The owners are friendly and very helpful, the rooms spacious and super clean. Breakfast is a big bonus. I would stay here again
Amazing! I had a wonderful Twin Room with private bathroom, balcony and direct view on Mt. Pico. The entire property is impeccably clean. Breakfast is included. The location is great. Very close to the big supermarket and the natural swimming pool. A café/bar at the street belongs to the hotel. The owner was always available via WhatsApp. She gave me a very warm welcome. I immediately felt at home.
